Since this blog
is my way of journaling about our lives, I thought it would be neat to
start posting periodically a list of our favorite things. This way,
when we look back through our blog books over the years, we can see what
we were really enjoying at different points of our lives.

*Going on car rides on the weekends to explore new areas
*Weekend breakfasts with the family - gotta love bacon!

*Ellen - I love watching the episodes I DVR; her show always makes me happy
*Pinterest - if you aren't on Pinterest, you should be!
*Rocking with Gavin before bed - after spending most of the day balancing both kids, that few minutes of just snuggling with Gavin is so special.
*Peppermint mocha creamer - I wish it was available year round!

*Trains - always a good option for a 3 year old...
*PB&J sandwiches - if I let him, he'd probably eat 3 for lunch.
*Black olives - I just read him the list I had for him, and he told me to add black olives!

*Sophie the Giraffe - a crazy expensive teether that she just LOVES!
*Listening to Gavin snort like a pig - cracks her up every time.
*Taking baths - she loves water right now.
